TAKE ACTION! Your Democracy Depends On It

Use Ranked Choice Voting

To deepen our Democracy, we must break the stranglehold the Republican and Democratic parties have on our elections process. Institute Ranked Choice Voting in our state and local elections so that third-party candidates can run without fear of splitting major parties and causing "spoilers." Several jurisdictions in the U.S. already use this system (Maine is the first state to use it for state-wide elections). Help bring it to your state as well. Get Rid of the Electoral College

We must require our state Electors to cast their votes for whichever candidate receives the most actual votes nationwide. Ten states have already enacted such legislation but it only goes into effect when a majority of states have passed similar legislation. To see what you can do to make the Interstate Compact a reality (which would essentially make the Electoral College obsolete and easier to remove), visit NationalPopularVote

Support Indigenous Communities

Landback is a movement that has existed for generations with a long legacy of organizing and sacrifice to get Indigenous Lands back into Indigenous hands.
